Our 50-minute sessions are collaborative journeys toward self-discovery and growth. I will work off of what you want to bring in and offer a mix of meaningful feedback, psychoeducation, humor, and holding space. I like to think of my work with clients as getting into a mutual 'flow' state. With a trauma-informed approach and cultural competency, we'll delve into your experiences, identify obstacles, and equip you with practical tools to foster meaningful change.
